Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and treatments will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the booked services, and the appointment will be considered canceled without notice. CHILD SAFETY POLICY We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot ensure their safety in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our guests.
