Salon Policy

At Optionz Hair & Beauty, we aim to provide the highest standard of service in a relaxed and professional environment. Please take a moment to read our salon policies before booking.


Appointments & Bookings
All appointments are subject to availability and can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
Some services may require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost.


Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that sometimes plans change. To be fair to our team and other clients:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.  Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings.


Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, this may mean:
A reduced treatment time or, in some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled
Late arrivals may still be charged the full service price.


Deposits
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if sufficient notice is given.
Failure to attend without notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.


Patch Tests
Patch tests are required for certain treatments, including:
Colour services
Lash lifts, tinting, and extensions
Brow tinting
Patch tests must be carried out at least 24–48 hours before your appointment. Without a valid patch test, we will be unable to proceed with the treatment.


Children & Guests
For health, safety, and insurance reasons:
Only clients receiving treatment should attend appointments.
Children must be supervised at all times and may not be permitted during certain treatments.


Payments
We accept cash and card payments.
All prices are correct at the time of booking and may be subject to change.


Refunds
Due to the nature of our services: We do not offer refunds on completed treatments.
If you have any concerns, please speak to a member of the team during or immediately after your appointment so we can address them.


Personal Belongings
Please note that Optionz Hair & Beauty cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.


Respect & Conduct
We are committed to providing a welcoming environment for everyone.  Abusive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or clients will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service.
