Please take a moment to read our salon policies before booking. Appointments & Bookings All appointments are subject to availability and can be booked online, by phone, or in person. Some services may require a deposit to secure the booking. Deposits are deducted from the final treatment cost. Cancellations & No-Shows We understand that sometimes plans change. To be fair to our team and other clients: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require full payment in advance for future bookings. Late Arrivals If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, this may mean: A reduced treatment time or, in some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled Late arrivals may still be charged the full service price. Deposits Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if sufficient notice is given. Failure to attend without notice will result in the deposit being forfeited. Patch Tests Patch tests are required for certain treatments, including: Colour services Lash lifts, tinting, and extensions Brow tinting Patch tests must be carried out at least 24–48 hours before your appointment.
