TERMS & CONDITIONS

To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, we kindly adhere to a prompt appointment schedule. Late arrivals may not be accommodated, and treatments will still end at the scheduled time to avoid delays for other clients. If you anticipate being late, please contact us as soon as possible. However, if you arrive more than 15 minutes after your scheduled time, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the booked services, and the appointment will be considered canceled without notice.

CHILD SAFETY POLICY

We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot ensure their safety in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our guests. Children are only permitted in the salon when having a treatment for safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you, whilst you are having a treatment. We do not have the facility to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.

MEDICAL PRECAUTIONS

If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have allergies, injuries, skin conditions, or infections, please consult with your therapist (and your doctor, if necessary) before making your booking, as these may impact your treatment options. If you are currently undergoing cancer treatment, we can proceed with your treatment but will require a letter or email from your oncologist in advance.

For health and safety reasons, children and babies are not allowed in any treatment rooms. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

CANCELLATION

Please note our salon cancellation policy.

Your hair and beauty treatment appointment is reserved specifically for you.

Late cancellations and ‘no show’ appointments cost us precious time and money.

Therefore, if we receive less than 48 hours' notice of cancellation, 50% of the treatment cost will be charged. Less than 24 hours or ‘No shows’ will be charged the full cost of the treatment.

Please note that no future appointments will be accepted until the cancellation fee is paid.
