Please note that as a courtesy to all our clients a prompt appointment schedule is adhered to. Late appointments may not be honoured.
We regret that if you are late arriving for your appointment the treatment will still finish at the appointment time, so other clients are not inconvenienced. If you know you are going to be late for your appointment please contact us to tell us.
If you arrive later than 15 minutes after appointment time we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide the services you have booked and the appointment will be treated as cancelled without notice.
Please take care of your valuables as we cannot accept liability for their loss.
MEDICAL PRECAUTIONS
If you have any medical conditions, are pregnant or breast feeding or have allergies, injuries, skin complaints or infections, please discuss with your therapist (and doctor where necessary) prior to making your booking as this may affect your treatment options. If you are currently being treated for cancer, we can treat you but will need a letter or email from your oncologist prior to treatment. Due to our insurance regulations we require a note from your doctor/midwife to say you are able to have a massage throughout your pregnancy.
Please note for health and safety reasons, children and babies are not permitted in any of the treatment rooms.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
CHILD SAFETY POLICY
We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot ensure their safety in the salon. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation and salon experience of our guests. Children are only permitted in the salon when having a treatment for safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you, whilst you are having a treatment. We do not have the facility to care for children. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
COURSES
All monies paid for courses are non-refundable, although balances may be transferred to other treatments.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount or treatments. We regret we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen cards.
MOBILE PHONE COURTESY
To maintain a tranquil environment we respectfully request that you you switch your phone to silent whilst in the salon. Please note for health and safety reasons, children an babies are not permitted in any of the treatment rooms.
CANCELLATION
We understand that unavoidable circumstances arise and appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. Remember, cancellations and or/rescheduling can be made 24 hours prior to your appointment, Please call us on: 0798 364 5857 during our regular business hours, to cancel or reschedule if you are unable to do this through our online booking. If less than 24 hours notice has been given then there is a cancellation charge of 100% of your treatment cost.
TREATMENT TIMES
The treatment times allow for consultation, treatment and vacation of the room.
TREATMENTS AND PRICES
Treatments and price changes may be made without prior notice. All treatments include VAT.
DATA PROTECTION
All personal information will be collected, processed and held in accordance with the provisions of EU regulations 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and your rights under the GDPR.

In the unlikely event that you have a complaint please let us know immediately so we can investigate promptly.
